Man Riding A Surfboard that looks like a Shark. Old 3M advertisement, wondering who was the art director.

Posting this because some days feel more like this than others. This ad was in a graphic arts magazine around 1994 to 1996.
It was an early ad for 3M printable wrap material. I would love to know who art directed this ad. Bravo!
